A career in architecture started in 1996 at a very small firm in Durban, where I cut my teeth in retail design and an understanding of a BIM design environment. In late 1999 I moved to Johannesburg, only to join the global recruitment to Dublin, Ireland, buoyed by a boom period in the early millennium. In late 2001 I returned to South Africa. I joined Osmond Lange Architects as a design architect, where I got some exposure to the development of the first phase of Melrose Arch.

In mid - 2002, the opportunity to join Bentel Associates International, came my way. After having spent six years at BAI as a design architect, I became a design director in 2008 and had the privilege to be involved in many prominent projects during my twelve year stay.

The following projects are what I consider to be the highlights of my time at BAI:
Central Terminal Building ORTIA, Cradlestone Mall, Maponya Mall, Greenstone Mall, Pick 'n Pay on Nicol, Red Sea Mall Jeddah, Alkhayma Centre Riyadh, Levy Junction Lusaka, South City Mall Calcutta.

Having left BAI at the end of 2014, I am currently involved in a patented modular architectural design solution start-up called Multiply.

RWH Architecture, interiors and masterplanning was established in February 2015.
